I used to LOVE Michael Jackson’s songs as a kid.

Most people who only knew me when I was very young mention this…

I even used to choreograph my own dance moveS to his songs, HA HA!! I was like… seven-years-old, so we can tell that was amazing.

But “Remember the Time” is definitely one of my favourites, if not THE favourite of mine from him. Having said that, not many people I speak to tend to know this song?! (WHY!!). But, can I also just say…

Iman looks amazing in this video. A-MAZ-ING.

When I found out, a couple of years later, that she was married to David Bowie (someone who I also thought looked fabulous, when I was a kid), I nearly exploded. The two people who I happened to think looked wonderful… are a couple?! Too much. ON TOP OF THAT, in their pictures together, they always look so happy. [Cries].

Back to the song though… Yes. (And Eddie Murphy… ahahaha).

“Summertime”. One of my favourite songs.

And, exceptionally, I don’t prefer the jazz versions of it.

Some say the blacker the berry, the sweeter the juice
I say the darker the flesh then the deeper the roots

[8] And it’s crazy, it seems it’ll never let up, but please… you got to keep your head up.

I love this song.

“And since we all came from a woman
Got our name from a woman and our game from a woman
I wonder why we take from our women
Why we rape our women, do we hate our women?
I think it’s time to kill for our women
Time to heal our women, be real to our women
And if we don’t we’ll have a race of babies
That will hate the ladies, that make the babies
And since a man can’t make one
He has no right to tell a woman when and where to create one”

“Keep Ya Head Up” By 2Pac

That awkward moment when Tupac understood women’s rights better than most politicians.

[8] So will the real men get up. I know you’re fed up ladies, but keep your head up.

I love this song. [Here]. And “Baby Don’t Cry”. Emotions~

GD&T.O.P feat. Park Bom - OH YEAH (Japanese Version)

I think I’ve been singing this song everyday for about a month now. Obsessed.

Saying that, my jazz flow has come back. So lots of SOIL&”PIMP”Sessions, etc. So good!

What is living?
Is it fighting?
Or is it avoiding battle?
What is right?
Is it not being wrong?
Or is it not losing sight?

I could tell that people would cry at this bit at my screening of “Death Notice: Ikigami”.

… And they did, xx.

Gotta leave that nine to five upon the shelf
And just enjoy yourself.”

GD&T.O.P ft Park Bom- Oh Yeah

I’ve been listening to this and watching various lives with the various members of 2NE1 pretty much all day (minus when in lectures and asleep). =D Ha ha. Need to practice for my presentation now.

I don’t usually love Park Bom’s singing voice too much, but I love~~ it in this song! xx.

Such groove music, seriously. I love walking down the street to this.

(But the Japanese still makes me feel a little dirty for listening to it, ha ha!).

groovymonk said: I love your music taste!!

=O I’m flattered, x.

I see your playlist has some of the artists I listen to too! Do you know the song, “Milkyway” by Towa Tei? I used to really like that, around the time when I used to listen to Humming Urban Stereo, Clazziquai, Fantastic Plastic Machine and CORNELIUS a lot. =P

At the moment, I’m not starting to listen to my electronic music more. But more along the lines of Little DragonJames Blake (his instrumental stuff) and all that… well, they’re not really the same, but whatever. Just more chilled out music, I guess. Chapelier Fou is coming to my hometown in October. =O Awesome.
